- Buying-agent orders carry a tiered service fee on the goods value, shown automatically at checkout: 15% under USD 50, 10% from USD 50 to USD 200, and 6% above USD 200. It covers procurement, basic QC and inbound handling, the free storage period, shipping assistance and 24/7 support. The fee is refunded if you cancel before procurement, but not once goods are bought or in inventory, or on returns and exchanges. Forwarding and Shop orders follow their own terms.
- Armazenamento gratuito
- Storage is free for 100 days from the date the order is marked 'Received'. From day 101 to day 200 it costs USD 0.10 per parcel per day, paid on the order page; after 200 days the parcel is treated as destroyed and cannot be recovered or shipped.
- Fotos QC
- A basic visual check and standard warehouse photos are included in the service fee; the number of free photos is not published. Additional photo requests beyond the standard photos cost CNY 5 per request, so agree the views you need first. Photos show visible condition, quantity and options only and are not a functional test.
- Encaminhamento
- International freight is confirmed after your goods reach the Guangzhou warehouse, using the actual or volumetric weight on the chosen route (the divisor varies by route), and is paid before dispatch. Consolidation is free, protective packaging costs CNY 3-10 per package and priority processing CNY 10 per order. Whether duties and protection are included depends on the destination and route.
