The ACBuy Spreadsheet is a shareable list of Taobao, Weidian and 1688 finds bought through ACBuy, a newer China shopping agent launched in 2024. You paste the seller links from W2C Spreadsheet into ACBuy, it purchases and photographs each item, then consolidates everything into a single shipment with more than 150 shipping lines to choose from.
Sign up with email, then set your shipping address and preferred currency.
Paste the Taobao, Weidian or 1688 product URL into the order page with any notes.
Pay your order balance and the agent buys the item for you from the seller.
Get quality-check photos when the item reaches the warehouse; flag any issue.
Combine your items into one parcel, choose a shipping line and pay for delivery.
You submit the link to the product you want, and ACBuy purchases it for you. Once it reaches the warehouse, the team captures quality-check photos for your review. When you are ready, you select a shipping line and send the parcel to your country. The flow is designed to be approachable for first-time buyers.
ACBuy provides 3 to 5 free quality-check photos for each item. These images let you confirm the look of your purchase before committing to international shipping. Reviewing QC photos is a helpful step for buyers who want confidence in what they ordered.
ACBuy holds your items free for 90 days. This window is ideal for combining multiple purchases into a single shipment, which typically lowers your per-item shipping cost. Consolidating orders is one of the main ways W2C buyers keep freight affordable.
With 150+ shipping lines available, ACBuy lets you match your parcel to the delivery option that suits you. Different lines balance price and speed differently depending on your destination. Having many choices makes it easier to find a route that fits your budget and timeline.
ACBuy runs the standard agent flow with 3-5 free QC photos, 90 days of free storage and 150+ international shipping lines, so you can trade delivery speed against cost per parcel. Payments include wallet top-up, international credit cards and telegraphic transfer.
As a 2024 agent it recently completed a platform-wide security upgrade after a wave of cyberattacks across the sector — a sign it is actively maintained rather than a throwaway front. It is a low-friction option for W2C buyers, though its public fee and policy pages carry less detail than long-established agents.
W2C Spreadsheet is where you find the item; ACbuy is where you buy and ship it. The two are built to work together — browse a curated find on W2C Spreadsheet, then hand the exact seller link to ACbuy in one step.
Search the spreadsheet by brand, category or keyword and open a find you like. Every entry keeps the original Taobao, Weidian or 1688 seller link.
Use the one-click cart import (or paste the seller link) to drop the item straight into your ACbuy cart with the correct variant and quantity — no manual copy-paste of specs.
Group your whole haul into a single ACbuy parcel, review QC photos, pick a shipping line and check out. The spreadsheet stays your reusable wishlist for next time.
Compare fees, warehouses and services.
Browse the most-opened categories on the spreadsheet, then send any item to ACbuy to buy.
