Panoramica

Cos'è la Whalebuy Spreadsheet?

Whalebuy is a China shopping agent that works alongside a Whalebuy spreadsheet of curated product links. You submit a product link from Taobao, 1688 or Weidian, Whalebuy buys the item in China, its warehouse checks quantity, colour, size and specifications, and you then choose an international shipping route. Product cost and shipping are paid in two separate stages, because freight is only worked out once the warehouse knows the packed weight and size. Whalebuy also forwards goods you send to its warehouse yourself, runs a public shipping estimator at whalebuy.com/estimation and offers a mobile app.

Maggiori informazioni su Whalebuy

How Whalebuy Works

Copy a product link from a Whalebuy spreadsheet or straight from Taobao, 1688 or Weidian, paste it into Whalebuy and confirm the variant. The first payment covers the item and China domestic freight; Whalebuy then buys from the seller, and the parcel travels to its warehouse in Xiamen. Once your items are stocked in, review the QC photos, pick the items you want to ship together, choose packing options and compare routes. The second payment covers international freight and the customs declaration fee, after which the parcel is handed to the carrier and you can follow it by tracking number.

Warehouse Checks, QC Photos and Storage

Every incoming parcel is opened for a prohibited-items check, then staff verify quantity, colour, size and other specifications and take generally 3 standard photos per item. The basic check does not cover colour difference, size error, how an item performs in use or the internals of electronics, and sealed goods are only checked from the outside. Paid extras include Fine Photography in HD, Detailed Photo at ¥1 each and a ¥5 parcel photo set before and after sealing. Items stay free for 90 days from receipt, and items stored for 60-90 days can be extended at ¥10 per item ID per month.

Fees, Payment and Shipping Estimates

Whalebuy's Service Fees page sets the total as product cost plus international shipping plus a customs declaration fee, with value-added services bought only if you want them. You pay from a wallet funded by PayPal, international card, Wise in five currencies or bank remittance; PayPal recharges carry a percentage fee plus $0.30, listed as 3.7% on one official page and 4.5% on another. Before you order, the public estimator at whalebuy.com/estimation shows route prices by country and weight without an account, and new users can claim a coupon package that includes up to 40% off the first international shipment.

Fiducia e sicurezza

Whalebuy è legittimo e sicuro?

Whalebuy's service terms name XINGKUN TRADING CO., LIMITED as the company that owns and operates the platform, and its contact page gives a Hong Kong business address in To Kwa Wan, with customer support at [email protected]. Its rules are published in the help center: a Service Fees page with the full cost formula, a 90-day storage policy, a prohibited-items list, a product authenticity policy and a 5-day return or exchange window that opens when an order shows 'Stocked in'. Payments go into a wallet funded by PayPal, international card, Wise or bank remittance, with exchange rates tied to Bank of China published rates. The earliest Whalebuy-specific announcements date from 2025 and a few official pages contradict each other, so start with a small order.
