The Sugargoo Spreadsheet is a curated list of Taobao, 1688 and Weidian finds bought through Sugargoo, an English-friendly China shopping agent. You browse on W2C Spreadsheet, send the seller links to Sugargoo, and consolidate the haul into one parcel to your country.
Sign up with email, then set your shipping address and preferred currency.
Paste the Taobao, Weidian or 1688 product URL into the order page with any notes.
Pay your order balance and the agent buys the item for you from the seller.
Get quality-check photos when the item reaches the warehouse; flag any issue.
Combine your items into one parcel, choose a shipping line and pay for delivery.
You submit a product link and Sugargoo purchases the item for you. Domestic delivery to the warehouse usually takes 3 to 5 days, after which the item is quality checked. You then consolidate purchases and pick from a wide range of shipping lines. Sugargoo also offers the SUGARFLEA marketplace for second-hand finds.
Sugargoo charges no agent service fee, so your cost is the product plus international shipping, with a ¥8 per parcel packing fee. Each order includes 7 free high-definition photos, 5 of the product and 2 of the package. The check covers appearance, model, style, and size so you can confirm your item before it ships.
Sugargoo holds agent and forwarding parcels free for 100 days, and abnormal parcels for 60 days. This long window is ideal for combining multiple purchases into one shipment. With 2000+ shipping lines covering 200+ countries, you can match your parcel to a route that fits your budget and destination.
Sugargoo supports three payment methods: balance, Alipay with no fee, and bank wire transfer which settles in 5 to 15 business days, with fee-free WeChat planned. Beyond standard agent buying, the SUGARFLEA section offers a marketplace for second-hand and pre-owned items. This gives buyers an extra way to discover products on the platform.
Sugargoo has run since 2020 and supports payment through 30+ local channels including Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa and Alipay, with an active presence across Reddit, Discord, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. New users receive onboarding perks such as starter points and an international-shipping coupon.
A distinctive feature is SUGARFLEA, its built-in secondhand and flea-market section, which sets it apart from pure agents. It is a widely used, community-visible option; confirm the current service-fee policy on its Service and Fee page before large orders.
W2C Spreadsheet is where you find the item; Sugargoo is where you buy and ship it. The two are built to work together — browse a curated find on W2C Spreadsheet, then hand the exact seller link to Sugargoo in one step.
Search the spreadsheet by brand, category or keyword and open a find you like. Every entry keeps the original Taobao, Weidian or 1688 seller link.
Use the one-click cart import (or paste the seller link) to drop the item straight into your Sugargoo cart with the correct variant and quantity — no manual copy-paste of specs.
Group your whole haul into a single Sugargoo parcel, review QC photos, pick a shipping line and check out. The spreadsheet stays your reusable wishlist for next time.
Compare fees, warehouses and services.
Browse the most-opened categories on the spreadsheet, then send any item to Sugargoo to buy.
