Panoramica

Cos'è la Sugobuy Spreadsheet?

Sugobuy is a China shopping agent that works alongside a Sugobuy spreadsheet of curated product links. You paste a Taobao, Tmall or 1688 link into Sugobuy or search on the site, choose the colour, size and quantity, and submit the order. Sugobuy buys the item, the seller ships it to the Sugobuy warehouse in Xiamen, Fujian, and staff run an appearance inspection with standard photos. Items are stored free for 90 days while you keep shopping; then you consolidate them into one parcel, pick a line from the public shipping estimator and pay international shipping. The site offers multiple languages, 13 display currencies and iOS and Android apps.

Commissione di servizio
Sugobuy states it offers a free purchasing service: apart from product cost and shipping, it charges no handling fee on orders from regular shopping platforms. Your total is product cost (price plus China shipping to the warehouse) + international shipping + a customs fee of generally RMB 8 per parcel, depending on the shipping method. A cross-border payment handling fee applies, and optional value-added services cost extra.
Stoccaggio gratuito
Storage is free for 90 days from when the order status shows "Saved". Items that have been stored for 60-90 days can be extended at RMB 10 per product ID per month, for up to 6 months; goods with no shipping order or feedback after the period are treated as abandoned and destroyed.
Foto QC
Inspection is free and usually includes 3 standard photos from different angles (front, back and side or logo). Detailed photos for chosen angles, close-ups or measurements cost RMB 1 each, up to 20. Electronics get an appearance check only, with no power-on test.
Spedizione
Items are consolidated at the Xiamen warehouse and shipped on the lines shown in the public estimator, priced on first weight, additional weight and a per-parcel fee, with volumetric weight on most lines. The final fee is recalculated on the carrier's measured size and weight, and any difference is refunded to your Sugobuy balance. On 22 October 2026 the estimator quoted 1 kg of general goods from about CNY 105.50 to the UK and about CNY 219.75 to the US.

Maggiori informazioni su Sugobuy

How Sugobuy Works

Sugobuy lays out its agent buying flow in five stages. You purchase products from Chinese sellers through Sugobuy by pasting a Taobao, Tmall or 1688 link or a find from a Sugobuy spreadsheet; the seller dispatches to the Sugobuy warehouse; the item gets an inbound quality check and 90 days of free storage; you submit a package by selecting items and paying for shipping; and the parcel goes out on one of the 100+ delivery options the homepage advertises. Orders submitted between 08:00 and 18:00 Beijing time are processed within 6 hours.

Inspection, Storage and Value-Added Services

Sugobuy's inspection checks appearance: colour, obvious damage, stains, size and model, with clothing checked against its label or tag. Colour differences, size errors and usage effects are outside the scope, and electronics are not powered on. Standard inspection usually gives 3 photos; detailed photos cost RMB 1 each. Paid warehouse extras include Rehearsal Packing at RMB 20 per parcel to learn the real parcel weight before you submit, and a Parcel Photo at RMB 5 per parcel. Storage is free for 90 days, with a paid extension of RMB 10 per product ID per month.

Fees, Payment and Shipping

Sugobuy charges no purchasing service fee on regular-platform orders, so the main costs are the product, China shipping, international shipping and a customs fee of generally RMB 8 per parcel. The official tutorial lists balance, bank card, PayPal, Skrill, Trustly, Zip, BLIK, PayU, Alipay, Afterpay and MyBank, with the methods actually available shown at checkout and a cross-border handling fee that varies by method. The public estimator shows each line's price, delivery window and rules, and optional insurance adds delay, seizure and loss or damage cover.

Fiducia e sicurezza

Sugobuy è legittimo e sicuro?

Sugobuy is operated by XRF INTERNATIONAL TRADE LIMITED, a Hong Kong company named on its contact page and in its user registration agreement. Its rules sit in a detailed help center: a free purchasing service with no handling fee on regular-platform orders, a customs fee of generally RMB 8 per parcel, a written inspection scope, 90-day storage terms and an insurance notice with compensation standards. Refunds go back to the original payment method, or to your balance for balance payments. Returns follow a 5-day window after an item is stocked in the warehouse, subject to the seller's guarantee, and the first return or exchange each calendar month carries no service fee. Support is available 24/7 online and by email, plus a Discord community.
