- The help center promises free shopping-agent service: you pay the item price plus domestic shipping to the warehouse, international shipping and customs charges, with the customs declaration generally RMB 10 per parcel depending on the shipping method. The home page advertises 0% markup, but the registration agreement mentions an 8% platform service fee on goods and on freight, so confirm the checkout breakdown. Exchange rates follow the Bank of China rate and are adjusted from time to time.
- Stockage gratuit
- Each purchased item gets 90 days of free storage from stock-in. The help center allows storage up to 120 days, with an overdue fee from day 91 of 0.2% of the paid item price per day (minimum ¥1 per item per day, capped at ¥300 per item per month); items whose overdue fees stay unpaid for more than 30 days are disposed of. A footer notice says goods are treated as abandoned after 90 days, so plan to ship within the free period.
- Photos QC
- Routine inspection usually includes 3-6 standard-resolution photos taken from the front, back and side or logo of the item. Extra custom photos cost 1 yuan each. Colour difference, usage effect and electronic functions are outside the routine check.
- Transit
- Items from different orders and sellers can be combined into one parcel, with packing sized to the items. Freight is based on chargeable weight, the greater of actual and volumetric weight, with a divisor that varies by line; you prepay on the estimated weight and the difference is settled by a refund to your wallet or an extra payment. Lines can add paid delay, loss/damage and customs-seizure protection.
