Qu'est-ce que la UIDBuy Spreadsheet ?

UIDBuy is a China shopping agent that works alongside a UIDBuy spreadsheet of curated product links. You paste an item link from Taobao, Tmall, 1688 or Weidian, UIDBuy places the order with the seller, and the goods are delivered to its warehouse in Xiamen, Fujian. There the team checks colour, size and visible damage, takes standard QC photos and stores purchased items free for 90 days while you collect more finds. When you are ready, you combine items into one parcel, choose a shipping line and pay international shipping. UIDBuy also has DIY Orders and a forwarding service for parcels you bought yourself.

Frais de service
The help center describes the purchasing service as free: you pay the item cost, domestic shipping to the warehouse, international shipping and any customs charges, plus optional value-added services. However, the registration agreement mentions an 8% platform service fee on goods and on shipping, and payments carry a cross-border transaction handling fee whose percentage is not published. Check the checkout breakdown before paying.
Stockage gratuit
Purchased items are stored free for 90 days and forwarded parcels for 60 days, counted from the 'Warehoused' status. Items not submitted for shipping within that period are treated as abandoned and destroyed.
Photos QC
The home page advertises 3-5 free QC photos; the help center describes 3 standard photos from fixed angles (front, back and side or logo), with a re-take available for blurred shots. Detailed photos of chosen angles or measurements cost 1 CNY each, with a maximum of 20.
Transit
Items are combined at the Xiamen warehouse and shipped internationally; freight depends on weight, shipping line and destination. The freight estimator works without login, chargeable weight is the higher of actual and volumetric weight (L × W × H in cm ÷ 6000), and the final cost usually lands within ±5-10% of the estimate. A forwarding service also handles parcels you bought yourself.

En savoir plus sur UIDBuy

How UIDBuy Works

Copy a product link from a UIDBuy spreadsheet or straight from Taobao, Tmall, 1688 or Weidian, paste it into the UIDBuy search bar and submit the order. UIDBuy buys the item and the seller ships it to the UIDBuy warehouse in Xiamen, Fujian. After inspection and photos, the item waits in your warehouse while you add more finds. When you are ready, you select the items to send together, choose a shipping line and pay international shipping, and UIDBuy sends one combined parcel to your door. The site also offers DIY Orders and a forwarding service for parcels you bought yourself.

QC Photos, Storage and Returns

When items reach the warehouse, inspectors check colour, size and obvious damage against your order notes; electronics are checked only for intact appearance and complete accessories, not powered on. Standard photos are taken from fixed angles (the home page cites 3-5 free photos, the help center 3), and blurred shots can be re-taken. Detailed photos cost 1 CNY each, up to 20. Purchased items are stored free for 90 days and forwarded parcels for 60 days. If something is wrong, eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 5 days (120 hours) of the 'Stocked in' status, subject to the seller's rules.

Shipping Estimates and Delay Compensation

UIDBuy's freight estimator works without logging in: enter the country, weight, postcode, category and dimensions to compare lines. Chargeable weight is the higher of actual weight and volumetric weight (length × width × height in cm ÷ 6000), and the final cost usually falls within ±5-10% of the estimate. Lines in the estimator are labelled 'Delivery Over 30 Days, 20% Shipping Back', in line with a published 30-day delay compensation policy that returns 20% of the international shipping fee actually paid on eligible late parcels.

Payment runs through PayPal, credit cards, Google Pay or account balance. Purchased items carry a 5-day (120-hour) return or exchange window after they are stocked in the warehouse, with the seller making the final decision. How many QC photos does UIDBuy provide?

Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 5 days (120 hours) after the order shows 'Stocked in', if the seller offers guaranteed returns and the item is still resalable; the seller makes the final decision. You may pay return shipping, and after the first free request each calendar month a tiered CNY service fee applies.

What happens if my UIDBuy parcel arrives late?

UIDBuy publishes a 30-day delay compensation policy: if a parcel has not been delivered 30 calendar days after it is dispatched from the warehouse, an eligible claim returns 20% of the international shipping fee actually paid. The policy lists conditions and exclusions, so read it before claiming.

UIDBuy supports PayPal, credit cards and Google Pay, plus account balance payment for frequent orders. You can pay by card whatever your currency; a cross-border transaction handling fee applies.
