Qu'est-ce que la Fatobuy Spreadsheet ?

Fatobuy is a China shopping agent that works alongside a Fatobuy spreadsheet of curated product links. You paste a product link or name into its search, which covers Taobao and 1688 and also offers image search, and Fatobuy buys the item and has it delivered to its warehouse in Jinjiang, Fujian. There each item is inspected and photographed, then held in free storage until you combine your items into one parcel and pick a shipping line. Shopping takes two payments: the item plus China domestic freight first, then international shipping and a customs clearance fee when you submit the parcel.

Frais de service
No service fee on orders from Taobao, Tmall, 1688, JD, Weidian and the other mainstream platforms Fatobuy lists. Xianyu orders cost ¥20 each, and orders from Xiaohongshu, Youzan, other third-party platforms or unidentified sources, as well as expert purchasing, carry a 10% fee. Each parcel also has a customs clearance fee, generally ¥8 depending on the shipping line.
Stockage gratuit
Free for 90 days from the 'already in stock' status. From day 90 to day 180 storage costs ¥0.1 per item per day, charged when you submit the parcel, and goods with no parcel request after 180 days are treated as abandoned. Storage extensions can also be bought at ¥10 per month, up to 6 months at a time.
Photos QC
Regular inspection generally includes 3 free photos per item (front, back and side or logo), free at every VIP level. Priced extras per the help center: ¥3 per extra photo, ¥6 per piece for detailed inspection, ¥20 for a 20-second product video, ¥30 for a 4-photo try-on set and ¥12 for a power-on check on electronics.
Transit
Items are combined into one parcel and sent on the line you choose; the homepage advertises 100+ shipping lines. You pay an international shipping deposit plus the customs clearance fee, and the final freight is recalculated on the carrier's verified weight and size, with the difference refunded or charged. The public calculator ignores box dimensions, so treat its figure as a floor for bulky parcels.

En détail

En savoir plus sur Fatobuy

How Fatobuy Works

Copy a product link from a Fatobuy spreadsheet or straight from Taobao or 1688, paste it into Fatobuy and pick the variant. The first payment covers the item and China domestic freight, after which a buyer team trained and supervised by Fatobuy places the order and the seller ships to the Jinjiang warehouse. Once your items are in stock, review the inspection photos, combine what you want into one parcel and choose a shipping line. The second payment is a freight deposit plus the customs clearance fee; the final freight is then recalculated on the carrier's verified weight and size, and any difference is refunded or charged.

Inspection, Storage and Value-Added Services

The free regular inspection looks at appearance: colour, large areas of damage, stains, size per the tag, model and version. Electronics are checked for appearance and accessories only, without powering on, while colour difference, size error and thread ends fall outside the check. Paid extras include ¥3 extra photos, a ¥6 detailed inspection, a ¥20 product video, a ¥30 try-on set and a ¥12 power-on check. Storage is free for 90 days, then ¥0.1 per item per day until day 180, when unclaimed goods are treated as abandoned.

Shipping Lines, Guarantee and Delivery

Fatobuy's homepage advertises 100+ shipping lines, and its public calculator prices routes by country and weight without an account, although it ignores box size. An optional paid guarantee costs ¥20 per parcel for insured values up to ¥1,000 and 2% above that, and the insured value is capped at ¥5,000 per item and ¥10,000 per parcel; its exemption clause limits payouts to the loss of a whole package. The compensation rules offer nothing for delays, so check each line's timing, and tell customer service about damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery.

Confiance et sécurité

Fatobuy est-il fiable et sûr ?

The Fatobuy site footer names SHUNYUAN HK INDUSTRIAL LIMITED, a Hong Kong company, and the warehouse address published through its public store API is in Jinjiang, Fujian. The help center sets out the rules in detail: a fee page listing which platforms are fee-free, a storage schedule, an inspection-scope page, return and compensation rules and a paid parcel guarantee. Support runs through on-site live chat, [email protected] and an official Discord server, Monday to Saturday 09:00-18:00 Beijing time. The fatobuy.com domain was registered in October 2024 and the published terms don't name a governing law, so treat it as a newer service and start with a small order.
