CFans is a China shopping agent that works alongside a CFans spreadsheet of curated product links. It describes itself as a cross-border shopping platform that handles sourcing, purchasing, order management, quality inspection, warehousing, package consolidation and global delivery. You paste a Taobao, Tmall or 1688 link, or search by keyword or image, choose colour, size and quantity, and pay for the item. CFans buys it, receives it at its Xiamen warehouse, inspects it with QC photos and stores it until you submit a parcel. You then pay an international shipping deposit, and CFans says it delivers to more than 200 countries and regions.

CFans places the order with the seller during its 09:00-18:00 (UTC+8) purchasing hours, and the seller ships it to the Xiamen warehouse, usually within 3-5 business days.
The warehouse checks each item, adds 3-5 QC photos to your account and stores it so you can wait for more orders.
Select items in your warehouse, choose packing options and a shipping line, and pay the international shipping deposit.

Storage is free after arrival, but official pages give either 60 or 90 days, and extensions cost 10 RMB per 30 days. Consolidate items into one parcel to save on international shipping.
CFans names two companies on its contact page: Hong Kong BaoShuSen Trading Limited, at Grand Plaza, 625 Nathan Road, Mong Kok, and UK YUETAO TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED, registered at 23 Wharf Street, London. Its registration agreement names the Hong Kong company. The help center publishes inspection scope, storage rules, priced packing services, redelivery fees and claim windows: loss or damage claims must be raised within 7 days of signing or 45 days after shipment. CFans states that it strictly prohibits infringing goods. Checkout takes PayPal, credit cards and Google Pay. Support runs through 7x24 online chat, [email protected] and a Discord server. With a 2026 copyright date and a small community, its public track record is short, so start with a small order.

The help center states 3-5 QC photos per item during standard inspection, while product pages advertise 3-7 free photos. Inspection covers style, quantity, colour, size, model and visible damage; electronics are checked for appearance only.
The help center gives 60 days from 'Warehouse In' status, renewable in 30-day blocks for 10 RMB each, while the beginner's guide and homepage say 90 days. Plan to ship or extend within 60 days to be safe.
CFans accepts PayPal, credit cards and Google Pay, and shows prices in USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, PLN, AUD or CNY. Its official guide video shows handling fees of 4.5% + $0.40 for cards and 3.6% + $0.40 for PayPal.
CFans says its warehouse is in Xiamen, Fujian. After a seller ships, the warehouse usually receives the goods within 3-5 business days.
You can ask for a return to the seller within 5 days after the item reaches the CFans warehouse; customised items cannot be returned and the seller decides. Costs differ between pages: one lists about $0.75 handling plus return shipping (around $3 in total), while the agreement says one free return every 30 days.
