Aperçu

Qu'est-ce que la 100buy Spreadsheet ?

100buy is a China shopping agent that works alongside a 100buy spreadsheet of curated product links. You paste a link from Taobao, Tmall, 1688, Weidian, JD, Pinduoduo or Xianyu, or submit a DIY order for other sources, and 100buy buys the item and has the seller ship it to its China warehouse. There, staff check quantity, colour, size and other specifications and photograph each item before it goes into free storage. When you are ready, you combine items into one parcel, choose an international route and pay the freight separately. A parcel forwarding service also covers goods you send to the warehouse yourself.

How 100buy Works

Take a product link from a 100buy spreadsheet or straight from Taobao, Tmall, 1688, Weidian, JD, Pinduoduo or Xianyu, paste it into 100buy and choose the variant. You first pay the item price and China domestic freight; 100buy then buys from the seller and the item travels to its China warehouse, where it is inspected and photographed. When everything you want has arrived, submit a parcel, pick packing services and an international route, and pay the freight. Goods bought elsewhere can also be posted to the warehouse through the transfer (forwarding) order and shipped together with your purchases.

Warehouse Inspection and Storage

The warehouse opens every incoming parcel for a prohibited-items check, weighs it and verifies quantity, colour, size and other specifications, with clothing sizes read from the label or hang tag. Colour difference, size error and how an item performs in use are outside the check, electronics are only checked for appearance and accessories without powering on, and sealed items are not opened. Storage is free for 90 days from the 'received' status, and items stored for 60-90 days can be extended at ¥10 per product ID per month up to 6 months in total.

Fees, Payment and Shipping Costs

100buy's fee page lists no handling fee for orders from common shopping platforms and waives the customs declaration fee, so the main costs are the item, China domestic freight and international shipping. International freight uses the larger of actual and volumetric weight, and estimator data shows a ¥10 per-parcel operating fee plus a fuel surcharge on each route. You pay through PayPal, an international card channel or bank transfer, and PayPal recharges carry a percentage fee plus $0.30. 100buy does not publish a fixed number of days after which a parcel counts as lost; compensation follows confirmation by the carrier.

Confiance et sécurité

100buy est-il fiable et sûr ?

100buy's Service Terms name SIMPLELOGISTICS TECH LTD (UK company number 16701633) as the operator, and the Contact Us page lists [email protected], with an official Discord server and on-site chat for questions. Its policies are published in the help center: a Service & Fees page, a 90-day storage rule, an inspection-scope page, a prohibited-items list, purchasing notes that require products to be authentic, and a 5-day return or exchange window from the 'Stocked in' status. Payment runs through PayPal or bank transfer into an account balance. The earliest 100buy-specific records date from 2025 and some help pages contradict each other, so check the order summary before paying and start with a smaller order.
