The help center lists paid extras: Rehearsal Packing at USD 2 per parcel to learn the real weight before you submit, a Parcel Photo at RMB 5 per parcel, and detailed photos at RMB 1 each. Purchased items are stored for 90 days and forwarded parcels for 60 days, so ship or extend before the period ends.

Shipping Routes, Tracking and Insurance

WTCbuy claims 210+ shipping routes, and its public estimator lets you check available routes by destination, product type, weight and size; the estimator page says the final cost may vary by about 5-10% from the estimate in most cases. Since September 2026 the dashboard shows a full tracking timeline through a Track button. Optional parcel insurance compensates actual shipping cost plus product value up to the insured amount, and a 28 October 2026 notice says WTCbuy will cover the new EUR 2 EU handling fee on international parcels itself.

Refunds go to your WTCbuy wallet first and can then be withdrawn to the original payment account. Support runs online from 9:00 to 18:00 Beijing time and by email, with a separate address for reporting prohibited products. WTCbuy's public notices date from 2026 and its founding year is not published, so begin with a smaller order.
