MambaBuy is a China shopping agent run by DM Global Supply Chain Limited, and it works alongside a MambaBuy spreadsheet of curated product links. You paste a link or search by keyword or image for items on Taobao, 1688 or Weidian, or use the DIY Order form for JD, Pinduoduo and Xianyu, and MambaBuy's buyers place the order, which its tutorial says happens within 2 business hours. Items are inspected, weighed and photographed at its China warehouse, stored free for 90 days, and then shipped individually or consolidated on the line you choose. How MambaBuy Works

Copy a product link from a MambaBuy spreadsheet or from Taobao, 1688 or Weidian, paste it into the MambaBuy search bar, choose your specs and pay the item cost from your wallet. MambaBuy's buyers order from the seller, and items are shipped to its China warehouse, where they are inspected, weighed and photographed. For JD, Pinduoduo or Xianyu, use the DIY Order form instead. Because website orders carry no purchasing service fee, placing orders yourself avoids the manual-order charge.

QC Photos, Storage and Packing Options

Every item gets 3 free QC photos so you can check style, colour and size before shipping, with detailed photos at CN¥2 each and product videos at CN¥15 if you need more. Items stay free for 90 days from the 'Stored' status, within a 180-day storage period, so you can wait for more orders and ship them together. Removing original shoe boxes and luggage space optimisation are free, while corner protectors, shoe trees, collapsible shoe boxes and trial packing are paid extras.

Shipping Protection, Returns and Payment

MambaBuy offers optional in-house shipping protection: RMB 35 per shipment for goods up to RMB 3,000, RMB 70 up to RMB 6,000, and 2% of goods value above that, with compensation capped at RMB 10,000 per parcel. Return or exchange requests must be made within 5 days of an item being stored, and the first request each calendar month has no service fee. You can add funds by bank transfer, card or PayPal, and Alipay was restored as a payment channel in September 2026.

Its wallet page lists bank transfer, credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Discover) and PayPal, and a September 2026 notice confirms Alipay. Returns or exchanges can be requested within 5 days of an item being stored, with the first request each calendar month free of service fee. Optional shipping protection covers loss up to RMB 10,000, and support runs Monday to Saturday, 09:00-18:00 Beijing time.
