Its registration agreement names the Hong Kong company. The help center publishes inspection scope, storage rules, priced packing services, redelivery fees and claim windows: loss or damage claims must be raised within 7 days of signing or 45 days after shipment. CFans states that it strictly prohibits infringing goods. Checkout takes PayPal, credit cards and Google Pay. Support runs through 7x24 online chat, [email protected] and a Discord server. With a 2026 copyright date and a small community, its public track record is short, so start with a small order.

The help center gives 60 days from 'Warehouse In' status, renewable in 30-day blocks for 10 RMB each, while the beginner's guide and homepage say 90 days. Plan to ship or extend within 60 days to be safe.

You can ask for a return to the seller within 5 days after the item reaches the CFans warehouse; customised items cannot be returned and the seller decides. Costs differ between pages: one lists about $0.75 handling plus return shipping (around $3 in total), while the agreement says one free return every 30 days.
