Vigorbuy is a China-based purchasing agent that buys from Chinese marketplaces, quality-checks the exterior, and forwards worldwide. On a Vigorbuy spreadsheet you can attach a product link to Vigorbuy, or shop its self-run VigorMall storefront, then consolidate and ship. It runs commission-free, so your cost is the item, freight and duties.
Sign up with email, then set your delivery address and preferred currency.
Browse the self-run VigorMall storefront, or paste a Taobao, 1688, Weidian or Xianyu link.
Vigorbuy buys the product commission-free, so you pay only item price, freight and duties.
Review the free exterior QC arrival photos, preview your parcel and download an invoice if needed.
Combine items into one parcel, choose a shipping line and pay international shipping.
You either shop the self-run VigorMall storefront or submit a product link from Taobao, 1688, Weidian or Xianyu. Vigorbuy purchases the item commission-free, receives it at its China warehouse, and takes free QC arrival photos of the exterior. You preview the parcel, download an invoice if needed, consolidate and ship, paying only item cost, freight and duties.
Vigorbuy's own VigorMall storefront gives you a curated in-house catalog to browse alongside the usual marketplaces. Its search also reaches Xianyu, China's large secondhand marketplace, in addition to Taobao, 1688 and Weidian, which opens up sourcing options that many agents do not surface.
Two features stand out for record-keeping. Parcel Preview lets you inspect what is going into your shipment before it ships, and downloadable invoices give you clean documentation of the contents. Together they help with customs paperwork and keeping a personal log of your hauls.
QC is free and covers the exterior only: color, damage, stains, size, model and version. Electronics are not powered on, and color or size tolerances are excluded, so set expectations accordingly. Items get 90 days of free storage before possible disposal, and payments support multiple currencies and international card top-ups for overseas buyers.
Vigorbuy is operated under GLOBAL VITALITY E-COMMERCE CO LIMITED, a registered Hong Kong company, with a warehouse in China, and it states it has served roughly 200,000 customers across 200 countries. Practical trust features include Parcel Preview and downloadable invoices, which give you documentation of what is in each shipment for your own records and for customs.
As with any agent, protection comes from the inspection step. Vigorbuy provides free QC arrival photos that check exterior condition such as color, damage, stains, size, model and version. Note that electronics are inspected externally only and are not powered on, and color differences or size tolerances fall outside the QC scope, so calibrate expectations accordingly.
W2C Spreadsheet is where you find the item; Vigorbuy is where you buy and ship it. The two are built to work together — browse a curated find on W2C Spreadsheet, then hand the exact seller link to Vigorbuy in one step.
Search the spreadsheet by brand, category or keyword and open a find you like. Every entry keeps the original Taobao, Weidian or 1688 seller link.
Use the one-click cart import (or paste the seller link) to drop the item straight into your Vigorbuy cart with the correct variant and quantity — no manual copy-paste of specs.
Group your whole haul into a single Vigorbuy parcel, review QC photos, pick a shipping line and check out. The spreadsheet stays your reusable wishlist for next time.
Compare fees, warehouses and services.
Browse the most-opened categories on the spreadsheet, then send any item to Vigorbuy to buy.
VigorMall is Vigorbuy's self-operated storefront of curated in-house products, so you can shop directly through Vigorbuy in addition to submitting your own marketplace links.
