The USFans Spreadsheet is a curated list of Taobao, 1688 and Weidian finds bought through USFans, a China shopping agent aimed at multi-platform shoppers. You browse on W2C Spreadsheet, send the links to USFans, and consolidate the haul into one parcel to your country.
Sign up with email, then set your shipping address and preferred currency.
Paste the Taobao, Weidian or 1688 product URL into the order page with any notes.
Pay your order balance and the agent buys the item for you from the seller.
Get quality-check photos when the item reaches the warehouse; flag any issue.
Combine your items into one parcel, choose a shipping line and pay for delivery.
You submit a product link and USfans buys the item for you with free agent service on regular platforms. Orders placed between 08:00 and 18:00 Beijing time are handled within 6 hours, and sellers usually ship in 3 to 7 days. The item is then quality checked at the warehouse before you consolidate. From there you pick from 200+ shipping lines covering 200+ countries.
USfans includes 3 standard photos free, showing the front, back, and side logo. For more detail, Detailed Photos are ¥1 each, Parcel Photos are ¥5 per parcel, and Rehearsal Packing is ¥20 per parcel. These options let you inspect and preview your order before it ships.

W2C Spreadsheet is where you find the item; USFans is where you buy and ship it. The two are built to work together — browse a curated find on W2C Spreadsheet, then hand the exact seller link to USFans in one step.
Search the spreadsheet by brand, category or keyword and open a find you like. Every entry keeps the original Taobao, Weidian or 1688 seller link.
Use the one-click cart import (or paste the seller link) to drop the item straight into your USFans cart with the correct variant and quantity — no manual copy-paste of specs.
Group your whole haul into a single USFans parcel, review QC photos, pick a shipping line and check out. The spreadsheet stays your reusable wishlist for next time.
