GuaBase is a China shopping agent that works alongside a GuaBase spreadsheet of curated product links. You search Taobao and Tmall by keyword or image, paste a product link, or send an assisted purchasing request, and GuaBase buys the item, receives it at its warehouse in Anji, Zhejiang, runs a basic inspection and ships it abroad. Payment is split in two: first the item cost, seller domestic shipping and a 5% service fee (minimum CNY ¥15), then international shipping once your parcel has been weighed. GuaBase states that it adds no markup to item prices or carrier rates, and arrived items can be stored free for up to 90 days while you consolidate.

Search Taobao or Tmall by keyword or image, paste a product link, or submit an assisted purchasing request.
Pay the item cost, seller domestic shipping and the 5% service fee (minimum CNY ¥15) through Stripe Checkout.
GuaBase buys the item; it reaches the Anji warehouse for check-in, basic inspection, weighing and up to 90 days of free storage.
Combine eligible items, confirm the chargeable weight, choose SF International Express or Economy, and pay the shipping quote.
Follow tracking updates in your dashboard until delivery; destination duties and taxes may be collected from you on arrival.
Copy a find from a GuaBase spreadsheet or search Taobao and Tmall by keyword or image, then confirm the specification, quantity and price before paying. GuaBase's agents run a basic seller check and place the order, and the item travels to the China warehouse in Anji, Zhejiang. There it is checked in, inspected, weighed and stored for up to 90 days free, so you can wait for more orders and combine them before choosing an international route.
GuaBase splits payment into two stages. First you pay the item cost, seller domestic shipping and the 5% service fee (minimum CNY ¥15). After warehouse intake and measurement you confirm and pay the international shipping quote. Amounts are calculated in CNY and charged in USD through Stripe Checkout, using an hourly exchange-rate reference with no GuaBase markup, and the service fee never applies to shipping, duties or payment fees.
Basic inspection is free and focuses on quantities, options and visible issues, with photos attached when they help document the result. For shipping, GuaBase quotes SF International Express (est. 5-10 business days) and SF International Economy (est. 7-20 business days) at carrier-published rates, charging the greater of actual and volumetric weight (L×W×H/5000). Consolidation does not always lower the total, so compare quotes in the online estimator first.
GuaBase is operated by GuaBase, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with China-side purchasing and fulfillment support from Shanghai Kunqi Travel Consulting Co., Ltd., as stated in its site footer and Terms of Service; no street address is published. It publishes a Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and help guides on fees, shipping, payments and refunds, order status and account security. Payments go through Stripe Checkout in USD, and GuaBase says it adds no Stripe handling fee. Cancelling before the seller order is placed generally refunds the item amount and service fee, and approved refunds return to the original payment method. Support runs by email, WhatsApp and tickets, 10:00-19:00 (UTC+8). The site is young, with policies dated 2026.
W2C Spreadsheet is where you find the item; GuaBase is where you buy and ship it. The two are built to work together — browse a curated find on W2C Spreadsheet, then hand the exact seller link to GuaBase in one step.
Search the spreadsheet by brand, category or keyword and open a find you like. Every entry keeps the original Taobao, Weidian or 1688 seller link.
Use the one-click cart import (or paste the seller link) to drop the item straight into your GuaBase cart with the correct variant and quantity — no manual copy-paste of specs.
Group your whole haul into a single GuaBase parcel, review QC photos, pick a shipping line and check out. The spreadsheet stays your reusable wishlist for next time.
Compare fees, warehouses and services.
The purchasing service fee is 5% of item cost, minimum CNY ¥15, calculated on item cost only and shown before payment. Item cost, domestic shipping, international shipping and any third-party fees are listed separately.
GuaBase says it adds no markup to item prices shown in its system or to carrier shipping rates. Its CNY-to-USD reference comes from OpenExchangeRates with no GuaBase FX markup. Marketplace promotions can cause small price differences, so the final item cost is confirmed before purchase.
GuaBase supports Taobao and Tmall through keyword search, image search or a pasted product link. For items that need extra handling, you can submit an assisted purchasing request.
Items ship to the GuaBase warehouse in Anji, Zhejiang, and can be stored free for up to 90 days while you wait for more orders or prepare a consolidated parcel.
GuaBase estimates about 1 business day to purchase, 1-2 for domestic transit and 1-2 for QC and warehousing. SF International Express is estimated at 5-10 business days and SF International Economy at 7-20; duties and taxes are not included.
Payments go through Stripe Checkout in USD. If you cancel before GuaBase places the seller order, the item amount and service fee are generally fully refundable; after purchase, item refunds follow the seller's outcome and the service fee is generally non-refundable.
