What is the DidPop Spreadsheet?

DidPop is a China shopping agent that works alongside a DidPop spreadsheet of curated product links. It runs two services: a shopping agent that buys items for you from Chinese platforms such as Taobao, Tmall, 1688 and JD.com, and a parcel-forwarding service for goods you send to its warehouse yourself. Purchases arrive at DidPop's warehouse in Guangdong, where they get a free standard inspection with three photos and up to 90 days of free storage before you combine them into one international parcel. As of 5 November 2026, didpop.com shows a temporary suspension notice for an internal system upgrade, so check that the site has reopened before you plan an order.

Detailed photos, detailed inspection, video capture, model try-on photos and power-on checks for electronics are paid add-ons.
Forwarding
International shipping is charged by weight, shipping method and destination, and parcel forwarding costs international shipping plus customs fees. PayPal and card payments carry a cross-border handling fee of 5% of the payment plus USD 0.30, settled in USD at the bank's current rate. Specific shipping lines and prices are not clearly published on the public site.

Workflow

How to buy through DidPop

  1. Step 1

    Create your account

    Click 'Sign up' on the DidPop homepage and register with email, username, password and a verification code. It takes about a minute.

  2. Step 2

    Add funds

    Recharge your balance from the user center with PayPal or an international card. Payments settle in USD and include the 5% + USD 0.30 handling fee.

  3. Step 3

    Submit a purchase order

    Search for a product or paste a Taobao, Tmall, 1688 or JD.com link, choose colour, size and quantity, and pay the item price plus China domestic shipping.

  4. Step 4

    DidPop buys the item

    Orders submitted between 09:00 and 18:00 Beijing time get a response within 6 hours, and the buyer completes the purchase within 24 hours of your confirmation or payment.

  5. Step 5

    Inspection and storage

    The parcel reaches the Guangdong warehouse and is inspected and weighed, usually within about one working day, with three standard photos and 90 days of free storage.

  6. Step 6

    Submit for shipment abroad

    Under 'In stock for delivery', submit a parcel waybill, choose a shipping method, pay the freight and track the parcel to your door.

Shopping Agent and Parcel Forwarding

DidPop offers two routes. With the shopping agent, you submit a link or search inside DidPop, pay the item and domestic shipping, and DidPop's buyers place the order and have it sent to the Guangdong warehouse. With parcel forwarding, you buy from a Chinese seller yourself and ship the goods to DidPop's warehouse, paying only international shipping and customs fees. Either way, items are inspected, stored and combined into one international parcel when you are ready.

DidPop charges no service fee on orders from Taobao, Tmall, 1688, JD.com, Weidian and several other listed platforms, RMB 20 per order for Xianyu, Paipai and Zhuanzhuan, and 10% for unlisted sources. Payments by PayPal or card settle in USD and carry a cross-border handling fee of 5% of the payment plus USD 0.30; DidPop's help center shows the full calculation with a worked example. Storage is free for 90 days, then CN¥0.1 per item per day.

Is DidPop legit and safe?

DidPop's Service Agreement names its operator as XIN YANG INT'L TRADING CO LIMITED, company number 62283292, at Two Chinachem Plaza, 68 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong. The same agreement requires products bought through DidPop to be authentic and lets DidPop decline orders or suspend accounts that break this rule. Its help center of more than 160 articles sets out service-fee standards, a payment-fee formula (5% of the payment plus USD 0.30), a 5-day return and exchange guarantee, storage rules and compensation policies. Support email is [email protected], and the homepage links an official Discord server. Since at least 23 October 2026 the site has displayed a notice pausing services for about 30 days; it was still up on 5 November 2026.
