What is the AnovaBuy Spreadsheet?

AnovaBuy is a China shopping agent that works alongside an AnovaBuy spreadsheet of curated product links. You search AnovaBuy or paste a product link from Taobao, Tmall or 1688, pay in USD, EUR or another major currency instead of RMB, and AnovaBuy buys the item, receives it at one of its China warehouses, inspects it and ships it to you. Shopping happens in two payments: first the product price plus China domestic delivery, then the international freight once your items have been inspected, stored and combined into one parcel. A public freight estimator compares shipping lines by destination and weight, and AnovaBuy's own help center says parcels can arrive in as little as 7 business days.

Free storage

QC photos
Arrival inspection is free and checks style, quantity, colour, size, model and visible damage. Official pages describe the standard photos as two photos from different angles or typically 2-3 images. Extra detail photos cost 1 CNY each, and electronics are checked externally only, without powering on.
Forwarding
International freight is the second payment, made once items are inspected and consolidated. Billing weight is the greater of actual and volumetric weight (L x W x H / 5000, or 6000-8000 depending on the carrier). If the estimate was higher than the final billing weight, the difference returns to your balance within 72 hours of dispatch. Optional extras: pre-packing weight demo 20 RMB and parcel photos 5 RMB per parcel.

    Sign up with email, password and an emailed verification code, or with Google or Discord. No Chinese phone number is needed.

Your first payment covers the product price and China domestic delivery. AnovaBuy buys the item, the seller ships it to an AnovaBuy warehouse, and it is inspected and stored. When you are ready, select your stored items, compare lines in the freight estimator and make the second payment for international shipping, then track the parcel to your door.

Warehouses, Inspection and Storage

AnovaBuy lists five receiving warehouses in China, in Yangzhou, Shanghai, Tianjin, Chengdu and Dongguan. On arrival, inspectors check style, quantity, colour, size, model and visible damage, take standard photos and repack goods in AnovaBuy bags, while fragile, electronic and oversized items keep their original box. Items are then kept for 90 days from 'Warehoused' status, with paid extensions of up to 6 months per request, so you can wait for more orders and ship them together.

AnovaBuy names two registered companies on its Contact Us page: ANOVA HK HOLDINGS LIMITED (company no. 78501995, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong) and ANOVABUY (UK) LIMITED (company no. 17311300, London). Its terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The help center publishes a service-fee page, a storage policy, an intellectual-property policy that bars infringing goods, and a 5-day no-reason return and exchange rule counted from warehousing, with a public return address in Yangzhou, Jiangsu. You pay from a prepaid account balance; payment channels and any handling fees appear only after login. Support runs through [email protected] and an official Discord server. Its earliest official tutorial video dates from August 2025, so start with a small order.
