Recently, there have been ongoing reports and discussions online suggesting that Mulebuy’s operating company and warehouse may be subject to police investigation or enforcement action.

As a precautionary measure to protect our users and reduce potential risks, we have decided to disable and remove all Mulebuy agent redirect channels effective immediately.

If you have already placed an order and your items have not yet arrived at the Mulebuy warehouse, or if your items are already stored in the Mulebuy warehouse, we strongly recommend contacting Mulebuy, the seller, or the relevant service provider as soon as possible to confirm the current status of your order and, where appropriate, arrange a refund, return, or other necessary action.

Taking action early may help reduce potential risks and financial losses.
