I’m reaching out to share an important heads‑up regarding the ongoing situation with Superbuy.

Superbuy is currently offline with an official notice describing the outage as a “system issue”. According to their statement, user accounts, funds, stored parcels and order records are claimed to remain secure, and they expect partial service restoration within 12 hours from their announcement.

However, multiple community reports have surfaced regarding potential security incidents. Unconfirmed reports mention unsolicited explicit content appearing within platform chat threads, and third‑party claims that threat actors may have gained access to user data and sent out emails through Superbuy’s mailing system.
None of these allegations have been officially verified or denied by Superbuy at this moment. Their public statement makes no mention of potential hacking or possible data‑leak risks.

For all customers who have used Superbuy:
✅ Preserve all your evidence: screenshots of balance, warehouse inventory, pending orders, and order‑confirmation emails. Do NOT log into Superbuy right now for screenshot purposes.
❌ Avoid making new payments or deposits on Superbuy until there is clear official confirmation that the security issue is fully resolved. The website coming back online does NOT automatically mean all risks are gone.
⚠️ Exercise extreme caution with incoming emails. Even if an email appears to come from Superbuy, do not click embedded login or payment links.

For my own store: my independent website and micro‑shop operations are completely separate from Superbuy. Our order processing, payment system and customer data are not connected to Superbuy’s infrastructure. Your orders placed with me remain unaffected by this incident.
