cnfans is a China-based shopping agent that buys items for you from Chinese marketplaces, quality-checks them and forwards them worldwide. Many shoppers pair a cnfans spreadsheet - a curated list of product links - with the platform's zero-commission checkout to turn finds into orders quickly. The service has grown to serve more than 200,000 customers across 200+ countries, with its warehouse in China.
Sign up with email, then set your shipping address and preferred currency.
Paste the Taobao, Weidian or 1688 product URL into the order page with any notes.
Pay your order balance and the agent buys the item for you from the seller.
Get quality-check photos when the item reaches the warehouse; flag any issue.
Combine your items into one parcel, choose a shipping line and pay for delivery.
Paste a product link from a cnfans spreadsheet into cnfans and it purchases the item at 0 commission - you pay only the original product price. The item is quality-checked at the China warehouse with free HD photos, then you consolidate and pick from 150+ smart-matched shipping lines to forward it worldwide.
cnfans charges no commission and no hidden fees, so total cost is easy to predict. Every order includes 3-5 free multi-angle HD QC photos, and optional premium QC is available for high-value pieces, with multilingual customer service across the whole journey.
Items are stored free for 60 days, giving time to consolidate multiple orders into one parcel. With 150+ shipping lines and smart route matching, cnfans helps balance cost and speed for a base of 200,000+ customers across 200+ countries.
Pay through wallet top-up via international credit and debit cards with multi-currency support. A 5-day return guarantee (7 days from delivery / 5 days from warehouse inbound) covers issues, backed by multilingual support from pre-sale through after-sale.
cnfans is one of the more widely used W2C agents, with a stated base of over 200,000 customers spanning 200+ countries - a scale signal that reassures newcomers. Its pricing is refreshingly simple: zero commission and no hidden fees, so you pay the item's original price (including its domestic shipping) and then the forwarding cost you choose. This clarity removes much of the guesswork that trips up first-time buyers.
For safety, every order gets 3-5 free multi-angle HD QC photos, with optional premium QC for high-value pieces, plus a 5-day return guarantee to raise problems. Wallet top-ups are handled through international credit and debit cards with multi-currency support, and multilingual customer service covers the whole journey. Together these make cnfans a legitimate, beginner-friendly option.
W2C Spreadsheet is where you find the item; CNFans is where you buy and ship it. The two are built to work together — browse a curated find on W2C Spreadsheet, then hand the exact seller link to CNFans in one step.
Search the spreadsheet by brand, category or keyword and open a find you like. Every entry keeps the original Taobao, Weidian or 1688 seller link.
Use the one-click cart import (or paste the seller link) to drop the item straight into your CNFans cart with the correct variant and quantity — no manual copy-paste of specs.
Group your whole haul into a single CNFans parcel, review QC photos, pick a shipping line and check out. The spreadsheet stays your reusable wishlist for next time.
Compare fees, warehouses and services.
Browse the most-opened categories on the spreadsheet, then send any item to CNFans to buy.
